This course provides participants with a thorough understanding of an effective incident investigation process and practice applying proven tools and techniques. It is built around an actual, robust case study providing real-world experience.
Emphasis is placed on pre-accident planning andpreparation, evidence gathering, the methodologies of root cause analysis, and provides guidelines for developing remedial actions. Incident Investigation covers the skills needed to conduct systematic accident investigations.
