This 3-day course introduces Internal Environmental Management System (EMS) auditors to the tools and techniques of conducting effective internal audits. It focuses on a risk-based approach to EMS auditing and the means of delivering findings with impact.
This 3-day ISO 14001:2004 course includes 1-day of Interpretation (Foundation) insight and knowledge and a 2-day Internal Auditor course, designed to provide an understanding of the audit as a tool in the development and improvement of your business.
Who should attend
Delegates wishing to become internal EMS auditors. A prerequisite is that participants already possess some working knowledge of ISO 14001 and key environmental management issues.
