The Course
The Knowledge Management (KM) Course will give you an overview of different perspectives on how KM opportunities can be recognized, and how knowledge management initiatives can be developed and implemented to sustain and improve business performance.

The five day course in a pleasant conference environment in Amsterdam consists of workshops, discussions and practical exercises in small groups and is supported by up-to-date and extensively tested learning materials.
