DNV provides three ISO 14001 courses, the Foundation course, the Internal Auditor course and the Lead Auditor course.

The Foundation course provides an introduction to Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and the business benefits. The Internal Auditor course gives auditors tools and techniques on how to conduct effective internal audits. The Lead Auditor course teaches how to plan and conduct second and third party EMS audits.
