Description
This course focuses on analysis of an FPSO using the superelement technique and including results processing and presentations. Sub-modelling and fatigue analysis is covered as well. The programs used are GeniE, for modelling, Presel for superelement assembling, Xtract for results presentation, Submod ofr sub-modelling analysis and Stofat for stochastic fatigue analysis.
Learning objectives
The participant will learn how to perform all necessary steps of assessing the structural integrity of an FPSO.

Structural engineers working with design of FPSO.
| Prerequisite It is required that the participants have attended SE-15 FPSO hydrostatic and hydrodynaic analysis or have similiar experience. |
