Container Securing enables accurate and effective modelling and analysis of container arrangements and securing devices.
Nauticus Container Securing is a software tool for assessing forces on containers and securing devices during transport at sea. The user specifies the container block and securing, and the program applies environmental load combinations and performs the analyses according to the DNV Rules for Ships and the DNV Classification Note 32.2. The program utilises a seamless combination of Microsoft™ Excel for input specification and result presentation and Nauticus 3D Beam for the analytical solution.
Beam Analysis
Nauticus 3D Beam is optionally included as a stand-alone product in the Nauticus Container Securing software package. Nauticus 3D Beam is a fast and easy to use stand alone modelling and analyses tool for general 2- and 3-dimensional beam structures. 3D Beam features a very powerful solver that enables quick analysis of complex models with multiple load cases.
