Lisanne is involved in national and international projects in which she is focusing on information architecture to improve the efficiency of information systems. Her activities involve user research, information visualisation and coaching users during the implementation phase.

Lisanne studied Digital Communications in the Netherlands and graduated as Bachelor of Communication. She graduated with a project on the Dutch Antilles, in which she was responsible for developing a multichannel platform for a consulting magazine that is aimed at a multicultural network of consultants.
As a junior consultant she is involved in national and international projects in the area of information and knowledge management. In her projects she is focusing on information architecture to improve the efficiency of information systems. Her main activities involve information analysation, user research, and coaching users by teaching, facilitating workshops and giving on-desk support to the users.
Her circle of clients includes the Heineken International, EUROCONTROL, SKF and Dräger (Germany) where she worked together with another DNV ITGS unit in Germany.
