Since June 2007 Joyce has been working as a consultant for DNV, where she is involved in national and international projects in the area of information and knowledge management.

For her customers Joyce helps solve information structuring, classification and retrieval issues, with a focus on taxonomies, intranets, portals, search engines and metadata. Joyce knows how to use and implement enterprise search and content management tools like Microsoft SharePoint, Verity (now: Autonomy), MultiTES, Joomla! and SmartSite.

Joyce works for commercial and public sector customers. Her circle of clients includes the Ministry of Transport, Public Works and Water Management, Zorg Consult, RIKZ, Vilans, Wageningen University and provincial government of Zeeland.
