Following a screening study on behalf of EFQM /APQC in 1996 and a follow-up in 2002 for EFQM, DNV was asked by EFQM to prepare its Knowledge Management Framework to be based upon the Business Excellence Model®

The Framework establishes a range of indices against the five EFQM enablers:

• Leadership
• People
• Processes
• Partnerships & Resources
• Strategy & Policy

The Framework was published in 2005 and has been used by over two hundred organisations to help plan their knowledge management activities and to support monitoring against the Business Excellence Model®, which is itself used by over 40,000 organisations worldwide to support quality improvements and business performance.

Since 2005, we have delivered How -To workshops for EFQM twice yearly. More information on those workshops can be found on the EFQM web site.
