“The main objective in establishing the Darwin office is to further enhance our customer support to our existing local clients, while also developing DNV business generally in the Northern Territory,” says DNV Darwin’s station manager Tony Brogan.

With this new office, DNV has taken a further step towards its goal of providing experienced local support to its client base all over the world.

Tony Brogan has over 25 years continuous service with DNV, primarily in the maritime, offshore, risk & advisory areas. During this period, he has worked in DNV Melbourne, DNV Fremantle & DNV Cairns within Australia, as well as with DNV in the UK, Norway, Singapore and Portugal.

DNV Darwin will cover ships in operation and offshore activities, with Certification of Materials and Components activities and Maritime/Offshore advisory services anticipated to develop as a result of the local competence now present in DNV Darwin.
