As a foundation, DNV is governed to ensure its independence.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is DNV's highest governing body, and consists of ten members. Six of these are elected from different business sectors, while four are elected among the employees.
DNV Council
The DNV Council is one of the governing bodies of the Norwegian Foundation Det Norske Veritas, the parent company of the DNV Group.
