Onshore+pipeline

DNV's value proposition for onshore pipelines is to safeguard and improve the performance of our customer’s assets through innovative solutions to meet their challenges now and in the future. DNV combines science and engineering to bring the best technical support available in the industry.

Going safer and lasting longer

Worldwide energy demand is projected to increase over 50% by 2030. Onshore pipelines are critical in meeting these demands. Currently there are 231,900 km of oil and gas pipelines under construction or planned. In addition to the new pipeline construction, the existing infrastructure of 3.5 million km of transmission pipelines must continue to operate; many beyond their original design lives. DNV offers pipeline services to ensure a safe operation and extended life, providing a reliable energy supply into the future.

Expertise to meet today's challenges

DNV works closely with operators and regulatory organisations delivering comprehensive pipeline integrity strategies that manage risk and meet challenges in every phase of the pipeline life cycle.
