This month, DNV verifiers successfully passed the qualification standards for verification of CAR projects seeking registration under the:
Nitric Acid Production Protocol.
US ODS Protocol.
Article 5 ODS Protocol.
Adding these two sectors allows DNV to provide the full spectrum of carbon offset project verification services for the CAR Registry.

Landfill gas capture and combustion.
Capturing and destroying methane from manure management systems.
Conventional and urban forestry.
US and Article 5 country ODS destruction.
